About Us

Since its formation in 1987, EJ Dairy Marketing, Inc. has specialized in the procurement of cheese and other dairy products on behalf of food processors, flavor manufacturers and other companies that utilize cheese and dairy products.  Our close relationships with cheese makers, our large on-hand supply of cheeses and our in-house custom cutting and packaging capabilities make EJ Dairy Marketing uniquely qualified to quickly complete customer orders and deliver products packaged pursuant to their specifications at a competitive price.  Our management team has over 100 years’ of cumulative experience in the dairy industry. We put our expertise and industry connections to work for our customers.

EJ Dairy Marketing is co-owned and managed by Doug Rudersdorf and Edward Buchberger Jr.  It was founded by Edward Buchberger Jr. in 1987.  In 2009, Mr. Rudersdorf and Mr. Buchberger combined their extensive industry experience, knowledge and capabilities to form the strategic partnership that is today’s EJ Dairy Marketing.

EJ Dairy Marketing & Food Safety EJ Dairy Marketing has implemented a comprehensive food safety and HACCP program that meets or exceeds both regulatory and customer requirements.  All of our employees receive ongoing training to ensure strict adherence to our program and applicable regulations.  Audits of our facility, food safety programs, and training are conducted by our customers and annually by a third party auditor.  EJ Dairy Marketing is committed to food safety and is constantly evaluating and improving upon our existing programs.
